We are offering an orthotic CADCAM that will allow you to scan and fabricate in your lab using high-end technology.
The system consists of a 3D scanner and a CNC milling machine
The system is easy to operate.

3 steps to follow:
You Scan
You scan using a 3D laser technology
You email the scan to our server
We Process
Using 3D software, we turn your foot scan into an orthotic file
We send it to you “Ready2Mill”
You Mill
You load the “Ready2Mill” file in your CNC, installed in your lab
You mill EVA orthotics or rigid foam positives
With very little finishing, it is ready to fit |

- Your choice of milling positive ready to vacuum or EVA orthotics.
- Additional cost if you want to mill polypropylene
